Goat’s Milk is an amazing ingredient that I just couldn’t leave out of my soaps! Not only does it create a nice, creamy lather to the soap, its properties are amazing!
For Centuries bathing in milk has been known for it’s nutritional, healing, and moisturizing qualities. Milk is rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals. It has wonderful skin softening potential. Goat’s milk makes a very mild soap especially kind to sensitive skin. Cleopatra was known for her beautiful skin resulting from her famous milk baths.
Goat’s Milk has alpha-hydroxy acids which break down the glue holding dead skin cells together. Alpha-hydroxy acid is well known for softening skin and leaving it rejuvenated for a potentially younger appearance.
Goat’s Milk Soap has a PH level similar to our skin, which helps protect the skin from invading bacteria and chemicals we may come in contact with every day.
So I don’t know about you but I am definetly hooked and convinced that Goat Milk Soap’s & other skin care goodies are the only way to go to achieve naturally beautiful skin!
This is great info to know.
